Spring 2015 Newsletter
The Spring edition of Optima Care’s quarterly ‘Our Community News’ is packed full of news from across all of our settings. We also feature the launch of Shine, our new therapeutic model of care, which provides the framework for everything we do – from our new transition service for school and college leavers to adult supported living and high acuity community living. We also highlight some of the key health & wellbeing initiatives run by our local NHS CCGs to try to ensure that as many of the people we support as possible get involved. This edition also includes information on our ‘schools transition service’ open afternoon, plus an introduction to what we are planning to do to support National Care Home Open Day.
